Tammy Howland
Owner/ Esthetician
Tammy has been licensed in esthetics since 2007 and she really knows her stuff! She specializes in natural and organic skincare and skin education, helping you take the best care of your skin. When she’s not here at The Parlor she’s probably tasting coffee at her husbands local small-batch coffee company, Woodshop Roasters, or at her salon Lone Pine Collective in Prineville. Jodie Serna
Owner/ Lash Artist
Jodie has lived in every state on the West Coast, a true Pacific Northwesterner she studied Cosmetology at the Aveda Institute in Seattle, Washington and has held Cosmetology licenses in Washington and California. Moving back to her hometown of Bend Jodie found her true passion in lashes and has been specializing in lashes since 2016. Jodie offers lash services and lash training. Josie Wright
Hair Stylist
Josie moved to Central Oregon to enjoy the outdoors and build her life here. She went to Cosmetology school at Northwest College of Beauty in Eugene, Oregon, and has been a stylist since 2014. Makenzie Chandler
Esthetician
Makenzie has lived in Bend almost her whole life. After having her son, she wanted a career to provide for her family but one that she would love. Makenzie found skincare and she was catapulted into her career in esthetics. Her specialties are dermaplaning and face, neck and shoulder massage! She wants to help individuals overcome insecurities and achieve their skin goals. She hopes that she can teach clients that beauty comes from within, while giving them the time for total relaxation. Heather was born and raised in Southern California but there was never enough snow there so she moved to Bend in 2019 and hasn’t looked back. Specializing in vivid rainbow colored hair Heather also loves bringing all of your hair color dreams to life from rainbow to brunette, reds and blonde she loves it all! Heather has a crazy 2-year-old and a fluffy little dog that you will hear all about when you make an appointment with her.
